The anticipation of the time-of-failure of embroidery equipments allows the planning of maintenance activities before their failures. The outcome of the implementation of the project is represented by the development of a database containing the optimum values of the working regim of embroidery equipments. A software based on a fuzzy logic approach for predictive maintenance of sewing needles of embroidery equipments in the textile industry will also be developed.
