The papers should be edited on A4 paper. The distance between the text and the margins of the paper should be : 30 mm up-left; 20 mm down-right;
The title is to be written in capital letters on the 6th line, Arial 14, bold and centered;
A space of two lines are left between the title and the authors (first name and SURNAME) in Arial 12, bold, centered, followed by the name of the Institution;
A space of 3 empty lines are to be left after the name(s) of the author(s), than the abstract of the paper comes in no more than 6 lines, written in Arial 10;
After a space of 2 empty lines, a subtitle comes written in Arial 12. bold and centered;
The paragraphs should begin with TAB, and the text is to be written in Arial 12, free spaces to a line, alignment from left to right;
Starting from page 2, the text fill the whole paper sheet;
The data appearing on the figures should be visible (min. Arial 10), and the images to be shown in a good contrast; The legend of the figure is to be written in Arial 10, in italics, bold, and centered;
The Formulas are to be written in Arial 12, centered, their nominalization is to be made in round parenthesis ( ) to the right;
The Bibliography references in the text will be made in parenthesis [ ]. The parenthesis [ ] will contain the corresponding number in the bibliography list;
The final of the paper will contain the Bibliography ;
